At our school we have separate laboratories for Physics, Chemistry and Biology with the area of 660 sq. ft. each. Students of grade IV to XII use the lab for science practical. We have latest testing equipment/apparatus as per CBSE norms.

A library plays a pivotal role in the life of the student by serving as the store house of knowledge. At MPS, we have spacious library, spread over 1660 sq. ft. with more than 7000 books. It is an important source of knowledge to young minds in schools. It develops the habit of reading among the students.

The collection of books in our library includes books on fiction, reference books, different genre, magazines, newspaper, practical books, encyclopedia, Math puzzle, Quiz, G.K, Science Project guides for young ones etc.

Children have reading program from grade I-X. Children from grade VI onwards are allowed to borrow books.

It helps learners to develop critical problem solving skills, development of motor skills, language skills, social skills, decision making, risk-taking, manipulative skills etc.

Through dance children learn to co-ordinate and control their bodies and the movement helps them develop spatial awareness.

Today’s children live in a hurry-up world of busy parents, school pressures, incessant lessons, video games, malls and competitive sports. The bustling pace of our children’s lives can have a profound effect on their inner joy and usually not for the better.

We believe that yoga can help counter these pressures. When children learn techniques for self-health, relaxation and inner fulfillment they can navigate life’s challenges with a little more ease. In MPS, we conduct yoga sessions for our children. They are taught Asanas, basic exercises of meditation and breathing which helps them to have better physical flexibility and emotional well being.

Our classrooms need the pleasure-giving, community-building and life-enhancing tools of yoga. When teachers thrive, so do their students.
