Admission Procedures

Open to All : Admission is open to students of all backgrounds, irrespective of caste, creed, color, religion, or economic status.

Purchase of Prospectus : A Purchase of the school prospectus and application form does not guarantee admission, as it depends on the availability of seats and merit.

Submission of Application : Duly filled application forms must be submitted at the school’s Administrative Office during school hours.

Limited Seats : Admissions are restricted to the number of seats available in each class and are offered based on merit.

    Entrance Examination :
  • An entrance exam is conducted for students seeking admission to *Classes I to IX* and *Class XI*.
  • Results of the entrance exam are displayed on the school notice board.

Transfer Certificate: Once admission is confirmed, the *Transfer Certificate (TC)* in original and the *Unified District Information System for Education (UDISE) number* are mandatory for finalizing the admission. (EMIS)* Education Management Information System After UIDSE

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Pre-KG: The child must be **2.5 years* old by the start of the academic year.
  • LKG: The child must be **3.5 years* old by the start of the academic year.
  • UKG: The child must be **4.5 years* old by the start of the academic year.
  • Class I The child must be **5.5 years* old by the start of the academic year.

Classes II to IX: Admission is based on the performance in the entrance exam and the availability of seats in the respective class.

Class XI: Admission is based on merit and performance in the entrance exam. The preferred stream (Science or Commerce) is subject to availability and academic performance in Class X.

Documents Required for Admission:

Duly filled application form

Copy of Birth Certificate* (for Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG).

Transfer Certificate (TC)* in original (for admissions to Class II and above).

UDISE Number* (for students coming from other schools).

Copy of the latest progress report* (for admissions to Classes I and above).

Passport-size photographs* (2 copies).

Community Certificate* (if applicable).

Family-Parents &Students , Siblings

Aadhar Card* copy of the student.

Medical Certificate* (if required for medical conditions or special needs).
